At Stylera, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. To make the process easy, we have outlined our order cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may explore our return or exchange policy (if applicable).

2. How to Cancel Your Order

  • To cancel an order, simply call our customer support team at +91 9163808885 with your order ID and registered contact details.

  • Our support team is available during business hours to assist you quickly.

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If you have made a prepaid payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is required since the order will not be dispatched.

4. Important Notes

  • Partial cancellations of an order (specific items within an order) are also possible before shipment.

  • We recommend cancelling at the earliest to ensure smooth processing.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
